I'm a long time gamer, though probably not of the hard-core, "lol-bam!-headshot" breed. I was a former MMO player, in WoW and FFXI until guild drama left me feeling cold, but I'm always eager to jump back in if I found someone to play with.
About the only genre of game I tend to avoid are realistic sports games (Madden and its ilk), other than that I'll play anything that looks fun.
Outside of gaming, I enjoy travel, photography, cooking, movies and many other things.
Right now I'm in the process of enrolling into the History grad program at Central Washington University after receiving my B.A. in History this summer.
I find it rather hard to meet someone who shares my love of gaming, and hope to meet someone like that here.

I tend to have a sarcastic sense of humor (though never in a mean or hurtful way, unless the person has earned it) and some people have actually told me there are times when they can't tell if I'm being sarcastic or not (a compliment...I think). I'm pretty laid back and love to laugh. My mind does tend to wander out by itself sometimes, so expect the odd random moments. I guess I would also say I'm nomrally a little shy at first when getting to know someone, but that's not always the case.
Really though, I do have a big heart, and I do hope to meet someone to share it with.
