I'm attentive, considerate, thoughtful, and respectful, but at the same time I can be assertive, strong, and aggressive when its needed. I grew up a military brat and have been playing console/computer games since I was like 8. I joined the Air Force at 19 and traveled some. Got out, got my Associates in Computer Science and now I work for the school I graduated from. I haven't met a person I can't get along with. I'm always willing to talk or listen. I try to put myself in other peoples positions in order to increase my understanding of empathy and I rarely turn down someone who needs help.
