I've been playing video games since I was 7 years old. I've spent most of my time playing RPG's, strategy, and adventure/ puzzle games on console platforms, the most recent of which is my PS3 and Nintendo DS. I played World of Warcraft for a few years, but avoid MMO's nowadays.
I'm reserved and quiet until I get comfortable around most people, particularly girls I find attractive. But the moment I get comfortable, my reserve flies out the window (along with much of my tact and dense of decorum). I sometimes blurt things out simply to enjoy seeing my friends' reactions.
However, as outrageous as I can be, at the end of the day, I just like spending time with people I care about in relaxed social settings. Watching movies, getting coffee (I actually don't drink coffee), or just traversing Chicago is how I socialize. I'm not a bar person, but will let myself be dragged to one by friends.
Because I don't go to places where people typically go to meet people, I'm finding it a little difficult to meet like-minded young ladies. I'm looking for a gamer girl to have fun with, compare, contrast, possibly share gaming experiences with, and maybe even pursue a romance with.
