I'm looking around for somebody I can have fun with and share things with, and have the relationship grow into something meaningful. Somebody who hopefully has a great smile, shows it a lot and likes being complimented on it. I find special ways to make the one I care for feel loved. If you don't like that, well, your loss. You don't know what you're missing.
My main area of study is highly scientific and technical, and we can talk about that later. I have a lot of interests, making me very well rounded, including sports, history, a little politics, philosophy that doesn't sound like a pothead came up with it, enough economics so I can make extra money on my investments, being outside, traveling, browsing used book stores, going into random places I haven't seen before, and more.
I also like learning from somebody who is really into whatever it is they like. So, I am not all that concerned about my match having the exact same interests if we can share them with each other, but I'd like to share a number of interests so we have things to talk about.
My life is pretty good, and I'm happy with both where I am and where I'm going. My long term plans are working out more or less the way I wanted them to. The only things that would really make me a lot happier is if I found the right girl to share my happiness with and develop the deepest of connections with.
While I'd obviously like to be with someone I'm attracted to, intelligence is a big deal for me. I can only be with a girl that has her own opinions and can make meaningful conversation out of practically any topic.
Since I'm new to the area, I could also use some good friends.
