Wait! What? Noooo My friends say I'm a little crazy, but I'd like to consider myself totally insane. I'm pretty laid back, but like to have fun every once in a while. I can do a movie night and dinner, or a Big party scene... I just like to have fun and be happy.

And obviously, I love cooking. So whoever's with me will probably have to be brave enough to be my guinea pig every once in a while...

I thrive on honesty, and am known to be honest to the point of bluntness sometimes. I love to laugh, and try to make sure everybody around me is in a good mood.

Expectations, limitations, prejudices, stereotypes, and pre-dispositions are things I try to live without. No sense in making your mind up about someone before you ever meet them, right?

I try to watch a lot of Futbol (soccer!), but my job doesn't really let me. I read a bit, and am a sucker for new languages (starting on my fifth in a few weeks!)

I'm a Chef, by choice. A lot of people tend to think of Chefs as people that either couldn't do anything else with their lives, or are just plain crazy and too artistic to do anything else. I had a very nice, well-paying, cushy job that I HATED, and then I got to back to school for something I love. Not a lot of people can say this, but my job isn't my job... It's what I do on my time off, too!

I'm weird, extremely hyper-active, and usually have a very different view on things than everybody else.
