SPACE! Sorry, I couldn't resist. Eliteangerous is taking most of my free time and space is way more interesting place than any other place I've ever visited, and I've done my fair bit of traveling years back. I'm an old time MMO, RPG, RTS, MOBA, and tabletop gamer with an unhealthy passion for space, cyberpunk, "classic" fantasy novels, games, movies, music, and when things mix I just have to help myself to the media goodness. I did figure skating for ten years and then stopped to study seriously, so one group of people completely gone(yeah, nothing better...), then I went out to study away from home, so the D&D group has gone to dust, likewise weekly hangouts have become latenight skype calls and I don't feel comfortable exposing my nerdiness to people I know in university, even though there's an pixel art pikachu cutout visible from the windows of the physics department. So E is filling the social gap in a huge way, other than giving me sick plot ideas for tabletop RPGs, and the reason I'm trying to find a wingman to travel with for the siple reason that space is too big to find actual players without knowing them from the start. I also play WoW, DotA, and single player stuff with co-op options, like monaco, castle crashers, borderlands, GRID, dammit lists are bad... Anyway being a pop culture addict doesn't help around the fact of being only able to talk about assignments, exams, the coffee machine or kebab place around the corner, ordinary stuff just doesn't click with me, like anything that's too simple, it just gets too old, too fast without leaving anything. I'm a math geek in a bad way, just math puzzle catch me too much. Running out of characters quick, damn. Favorite band Rush, book Ready player one, game Tempest, movie monty python and the holy grail, series firefly. Like in the title just people to hang with in videogames, having tons of things to talk about and no one adequate to talk to is daunting.
