For ps1 I loved ff7. I always wanted to play elemental gearbolt though but I could never find the game (come to think of it that game would be 11 years old now haha) Ape Escape was really cool. Crash Bandicoot 1, Lunar, Tekken 2, Street Fighter Alpha 3. I miss my ps1

`final fantasy 7 is better than 8 in my opinion (thought the story for 8 went a bit off after the first disc) silent hill is amazing too.

`My all time favorite game is Chrono Cross no changing that. I actually even traded my FF7 for my copy of Chrono Cross cuz my other copy got Stolen. Its a known fact that FF7 is bad --- so thats saying something!!

`FFVIII was amazing. Dunno where I got the time to play it though!
GT 1 Was a good laugh with friends - we used to drool over the replay graphics.
Die Hard 3 (Yipee kay Ay) the light gun and taxi levels were great.

Oh and the original GTA

`Best system ever! So many great series were either started or made popular on this system

First: FF7-9. 7 and 9 being my favorite
Metal Gear Solid 1
Silent Hill 1
DINO CRISIS! (I miss the psx survival horror era)
Syphon Filter
Medal of Honor 1 and 2
Driver
Parasite Eve 2

I'm currently playing Xenogears for the first time. It's good, but it's SO easy to get lost and not have any idea where you're supposed to go which is epic fail in traditional rpgs because right when you think you know where you're going, BAM! Random battle. And when it's all over, you forget what you were doing lol.

Platforming+RPGS+random battles

That should NEVER be a combination.

`I still have yet to finish Chrono Trigger. I tend to go back and forth in my gaming adventures, so I forgot about it and now have no idea wth I was doing. Starting over! lol
I looooove Chono Cross, though. I've played that game over so many times. FF8, Harvest Moon BTN (my copy is old as dirt and starting to die though ) I want Lunar SSSC, but it's so pricey! Even though it'd be worth it, I have a hard time shelling out more money for a game that's probably as old as I am, than a new game.

`Yeah I used to go back and forth with games but I've finally learnt to play one game at a time. Been playing Dark Souls for 5 months now and Skyrim is up next if I ever escape. Love the ps1 classics but prefer them on Rom purely cos you can save state rather than at save points which is useful for lunch hours. Mindyou I just bought a Vita and am mainly just playing psp games though that probably due to lack of software, but old RPG's have soul.
