Favorite underdog Nintendo game?

There's been many underdog games thorought gaming history, and quite a few on Nintendo.

Though to be fair, to each their own, some may view a particular game as a underdog some may view it as trash.... So what is your favorite underdog game?

One of mine is CowBoy Kid.. though to be honest I'm not quite sure HOW popular it was in it's day, but it's a good old game I think, a little quirky, but fun.

`I love Starfox. It's always played second fiddle to Nintendo's elite titles like Mario and Zelda, but StarFox 64 has always been my favorite game. Starfox on SNES was tighttoo, and Starfox Command was an amazing game. The rest was, substandard for the bar SF64 set, especialy that stupid dinosaur game. This is a title that needs a total remake for the Wii.
